  • Handle Minimum ticket sizes of ₹1 Cr+ deals confidently
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong pipeline and closure ratios
  • Ensure excellent client experience throughout the process
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in real estate sales / closing
  • Proven track record in handling Minimum ₹1 Cr+ ticket size deals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and pressure situations
  • Good understanding of real estate market and buyer psychology
  • Self-driven with strong target-oriented mindset
